Q: What kind of document or file do you need for a quotation?
A: We accept 3D CAD files in STL, STEP or IGES format. 2D drawings with dimensions should be PDF format.

Q: I do not have the CAD file or other 3D file, but I have the sample. How can I get a quotation?
A: Send us the sample. We can make a drawing or prototype according to your sample. Or you can send us a photo of the part with dimensions on.

Q: What kind of materials can you machine with?
A: We can process both metal and plastic materials, such as:
1) . Aluminum, aluminum alloy: 5052, 6061, 7075, etc.
2) . Steel: carbon steel, stainless steel 303/304/316 etc.
3) . Cooper, titanium alloy, iron etc.
4) . Plastic: ABS, PP, PC, Nylon, POM etc.

Q: Can I use my own material for production?
A: Yes, We accept the materials specified by the customer or provide them to us for production.

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity?
A: You can order anything from 1 part to 100,000+. Please contact us regarding any special or large orders for preferential pricing.

Q: My product contains rubber pad or plastic part. Can you do that?
A: We can source those accessories if we do not produce it by ourselves. We also provide the service to assemble your product with different parts and accessories. We provide end solution and you will get the complete product with packaging.

Q: Do you offer secondary finishing on an order of custom parts? What if I need finishing on parts I already have?
A: We offers a wide range of secondary finishing options for your order, including powder coating, anodizing, electroless plating, abrasive blasting, metal brushing and grinding, and we can custom finish service for your need.

Q: How long does a quotation take?
A: When the drawing files are complete and the quantity of materials is complete, the quotation of rapid prototype and low volume production will be offered within 24 hours.

Q: How about the production lead time?
A: We will provide the expected lead time when we provide the quotation. It depends on the complexity of your products.

Q: How about the tolerance and QC procedure?
A: We offers high-precision tolerances ranging from +/-0.005MM and 100% inspection.

Q: What’s the payment terms?
A: 50% payment when place the order. 50% balance before shipment.
